You wouldn’t think that going to the gas station to fill up your tank would lead to an insurance claim for a totaled vehicle, but given the nature of humans and their general disregard for paying attention to what they’re doing, the Full Service option should clearly be getting more use.

    I don't see the fail in pic 13. Theres nothing wrong with using a pump on the opposite side of the filler cap if none on the correct side are available.

    Can't see why it's a fail to pull the hose to the opposite side of the car to fill it up. I've arrived many times and there was no opening for a pump on the same side as my gas tank. Rather than wait for who knows how long, I pull in and run the hose across my truck. Not a fail. A time saver.
