BURLINGTON – A 56-year-old man was injured after being struck by a car late Sunday evening. Little is known about the accident or about the man who was hit–partially because it was dark out, but mostly because the man was covered in a blanket of camouflage.
The Burlington Free Press reports that the camo-man,
“was not in a crosswalk and walking against the light when he tried to cross South Winooski Avenue.
The man was taken to Fletcher Allen Health Care where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The driver of the car was not injured.”
Unless you’re trying not to get laid, this is yet another reason why you shouldn’t wear camouflage.
