You steal it by downloading the pictures and posting them on your own site and hiding the source. It’s called plagiarism, and it makes you a lame ass.

I agree with SA Goon. Give credit where credit is due, especially when this site has advertisements that could benefit from the traffic.
It’s about a blog taking content from another source without crediting it. If you run a blog, it’s good to have original content. If you don’t have anything original, taking some from another source is fine, as long as you credit it and link back. Otherwise, you’re just another Ebaums.

It can be “stolen” in the context that they are presenting it as “Hey look at something we discovered” when really they are like many other sites that read something awful for content for their sites without giving credit or information regarding where it was discovered.
