A couple of thieves surround a woman, grab her purse, hop on a motorcycle and try to speed away. An onlooker picks up his bicycle and throws it at the two assailants, knocking them off of their motorcycle and onto the pavement.
The muggers try to pick up the bike and purse in an effort to get away, but by then hotel security and onlookers surrounded them, restrained the men and returned the stolen purse to the woman.
