A few months ago I posted the definitive list of Gary Busey being Gary Busey videos. Today I stumbled on a picture of the Buse, rather a flowchart, that does as much brain melting as five Busey videos does, and in much less time.

If it isn’t the greatest image ever, it’s certainly the greatest flowchart.

Helen Hunt and Leelee Sobieski look identical, which is likely why I am yet to see any of Leelee’s films. Wait a sec, I’m on IMDB right now, looks like I may have seen one of her movies after all. In 1995 Sobieski was in a TV movie called A Horse for Danny which I think I saw.

In short, it was about a boy named Danny who really wanted a pony and was given one for his birthday. But much to his disappointment (as well as complications with animal trainers on set), the cute pony he hoped for turned out to be Sarah Jessica Parker.

I forget how Leelee fit in there, but it was a must see.

5. Nick Nolte and Gary Busey

Fun Fact: The duo played each others blunt doubles. When Nolte wanted to get stoned during 48 hrs (which, acting alongside Eddie Murphey, was frequently), Gary Busey stepped in, and when Busey wanted to take a heroin break while shooting Lethal Weapon, Nolte stepped in – you never noticed the difference.

4. Tilda Swinton and Conan O’Brien

Fun Fact: Share matching skin tones [HEX Color #FFFFFF, commonly referred to as printer paper white]. Before hosting Late Night, he auditioned for Arnold’s role in Predator but his complexion was making things too easy for Predator and his/her Thermal Vision as seen below.

I’ve been trying to figure out why these two look so alike, and the only thing I can narrow it down to is their caterpillar like eyebrows… And their eyes, and their noses, mouth, skin tone, forehead, not so much their chins, but definitely the hair.

Buseyisms: Gary Busey Has A Hobby

If you’re anything like Gary Busey, it’s probably that you have an extremely difficult time remembering the meanings of difficult words like “now”.

He suggests acronymizing confusing words and phrases to make them less confusing. The video, while helpful is a little redundant – we all know that there is no better way to remember what “Time Out” means than by breaking the phrase down to its etymological roots: To-Insure-Measured-Energy-On-Using-Time.

When a guy like Gary Busey (so basically either Gary Busey or Nick Nolte) tells you he’s going to pull your endocrine system out of your body if you do a certain thing and then you go and do that certain thing, I suggest you reassess your ability to discern good ideas from bad.

I for one need my pituitary gland and would hate for Mr. Busey, gentleman that he is, to reach behind my eyeballs and pull it out.

You’re probably going to want to watch this a few times. I have nothing more to say than that.

I first caught this story on HuffPo and could have really cared more, a lot more, because I didn’t care at all – that is until I took the time to read what they took the time to report and noticed a few minor holes in their story.

Here’s what they said:

MALIBU, Calif. Nick Nolte escaped a fire that caused an estimated $1.5 million damage to his Malibu home on Tuesday, authorities said. The 67-year-old actor scraped his arm and inhaled some smoke but was not hospitalized, Los Angeles County fire Inspector Sam Padilla said.

“He is seeing his private physician” for the injuries, he said.

Here’s what they meant:

MALIBU, Calif. Nick Nolte escaped a high that cost an estimated $1,500 in blow on Tuesday, authorities said. The 67-year-old actor, who is frequently mistaken for similar looking C-list actor Gary Busey, cut a line on a mirror and inhaled some smoke from his two foot water pipe but was not hospitalized, Los Angeles County fire Inspector Sam Padilla said.

“He was seeing double at his private physician” Padilla said…

Huffington Post, you’re notorious for fudging the facts, but next time please don’t blow important breaking stories like this one.
