The managerial issue here clearly has nothing to do with prevention. It’s similar to the conservative view towards premarital sex, which says: Don’t teach about prevention and contraception. Instead make logical suggestions like “don’t have an abortion,” even though mom doesn’t know who daddy is because “there were like six different guys at my boyfriends Montana meth den and I needed my drugs.”

It’s the same thing – only in this case the issue isn’t birthing an illigitimate child – it’s charging black people an extra buck-fifty for their fillet o’ fish. But other than that, it’s the same.
