What’s inside Alex Rodriguez’s locker?

Posted on 24 Feb 2009 at 12:02am

When we found out that Alex Rodriguez tested positive for steroids in 2003 we sent our field news team out to New York to cover the story.

By the time our team arrived, everyone had already heard the news and we were stuck without a story.

But while perusing through the Yankees’ new stadium, we stumbled upon a small, unattended hole in the west wall and decided to take a peek to see what we could find.

The hole took us into the new Yankee clubhouse, and sitting right in front of us was the locker of Alex Rodriguez (custodial staff must have moved his belongings from an oak locker to a more conventional, high school gym class style metal locker following the steroid scandal).

We snapped one photo and left–this is it.

Who will win World Series 2008?

Posted on 29 Oct 2008 at 4:19pm

The Phils have looked solid all around despite their, but with a late inning comeback win in tonight’s continuation of Monday night’s rain-out, the Rays could potentially return home with more momentum than they’ve had thus far in the 2008 World Series.

Will momentum outweigh Longoria’s solid .053 batting average? Will the Rays be able to push the series back to Tampa Bay? Or will the Phils end it tonight even if Pat Burrell fails to get a hit in the entire 2008 WS?

The game starts in about an hour so lets see some votes -

The Only Reason The Yankees Aren’t In The World Series

Posted on 22 Oct 2008 at 11:36pm

This is pretty damn old, but it’s really the only reason the Yanks didn’t make it to the 2008 Post-Season. Well, this and the fact that they lost Torre and that A-Rod is a D-Bag.
