A few weeks ago I coughed up the cash for one of these and I must say I could never go back to anything smaller or of less quality. The 52″ Sony HDTV is amazing in all aspects. It’s dead sexy, the screen shows barely any glare from windows, the blacks are dark, and I’m talking Forest Whitaker dark, not Will Smith dark (which is like tanning salon dark), and the picture is actually able to trick me into thinking Halle Berry is dripping wet, walking out of the ocean to me, not Pierce Brosnan.
The picture is native 1080p, which in Lehman’s terms means you pop in your Girls Gone Wild flick, and it actually feels like you’re in college again. And I am in college, so it feels like Saturday, any time I want.
